    In search of excellence—Corned beef hash and eggs… Found at the Eggs Up Grill! If corned beef hash is on the menu I have to order it—It’s not like I have choice! I don’t! I’m on a constant mission. It’s not that this delight is hard to make, I happen to make an awesome homemade corned beef hash and eggs. It only happens the day after St. Patty’s day because I only make corned beef once a year.
